INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

SutureOnline.com, based in Sweden and established 2010, is truly an international organization and we ship daily to customers in Europe. We welcome international orders and are happy to ship to any European location. 

To make it easy for you, we offer flat fee shipping.  

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Place your order in the web shop. If we have your order before 2.pm. Swedish time, the order will in most cases ship on the following day. We ship internationally with UPS and you will get a tracking number sent to your email. 

DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE:

• Normal transit time 1-4 days  
• Delivered to the office/clinic
• Trackable shipment
• Deliveries within the European Union can be sent exclusive of VAT if you are registred for VAT in your country CHECK MY VAT. Your VAT number must be entered on your order. If not, Swedish VAT 25% is applied to the order.

Flat shipping fee Europe: 

European Express - 19.20 EUR + VAT. Free shipping on orders of 995 EUR and up (ex. VAT).

Payment options Europe:

• Payment at the time of order by credit card 
• Pre-payment via bank transfer
 

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

We currently can not ship directly to addresses outside Europe. 

For these overseas orders we recommend using a parcel forwarding service and create a European shipping address. 

We recommend Forward 2 me www.forward2me.com where you swiftly and free of charge can create a delivery address in a number of European countries. There is also the TaxFree alternative of Guernsey available. European shipments take only a few days. Should you choose an alternative where we charge you VAT, we will reimburse this when the goods have reached it's final destination.  

If you use Forward 2 me, we will ship freight free to this address if you use the code FORWARD2ME when checking out your order in our web shop. You will then arrange and pay for the transport to your final address directly with Forward 2 me. 

With this service you also have the possiblity to consolidate shipments before the final transport.

As always, please make sure you have any ev. import licences/permits to import the product to your country and understand that all ev. fees, duties etc. are the responsibility of the buyer/importer.

PRICES AND VAT 

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and are due until otherwise stated.

Deliveries within the European Union can be sent exclusive of VAT if you are registred for VAT in your country CHECK MY VAT. Your VAT number must be entered on your order. If not, Swedish VAT 25% is applied to the order.

Deliveries outside the European Union are not applicable to VAT. 
    

TERMS OF TRADE

You may return products within 14 days of receipt if cartons are not opened or damaged. Contact us before any return shipment. Return shipments are paid by the buyer. 

Check the contents of your shipment well. Any claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS AND IMPORT COSTS:

Your shipment may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. The goods is sent toghether with a commercial invoice only, stating country of origin and HS tarif nr. 

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SutureOnline.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Instructions for use and safety warnings are included but may not be in destination country languages. Standard available language on IFU:s is: English.
